Is the word "oldtimers" in reference to how old the vehicle is OR as to the age of the owners?
 
Cool! What is that little green 4dr with the peddle car on the roof rack, what a beauty car!

LOL, uh, both at this car show... In Belgium, only + 30 year old cars are legally considered classic cars. At some events here, cars that are 25 years old are allowed. You can recognize Belgian oldies by their license plate. (10% of the oldies have regular records).

You can easily recognize the 0ldtimer number plates. They start with the number 0. example: OAM-230 or 1-OBA-954 and the latest classic car plates 0-AZW-694
