How's this for different and cool? Gert writes:
"The engine is a 75 2.8 liter ford v-6. Bored 30 over. Comp cam. Port & polished. 390 Holley carb & 4bbl Offenhauser manifold. Home made headers with Jet coat. Plans for the motor: color match to the cars color & chrome. Trans is a c-4 with mild shift kit.
The body of the car was originally a unibody construction. The floor was rusty. So I cut the floor out front to back and built a frame using 1975 Toyota front independent suspension with pwr disc brakes and Toyota solid rear axle with leaf springs and drum brakes. The brake pedal assy is home made and the booster is a 87 Toyota Tercel. Steering column is a 87 Berretta. All parts were cheap and new parts to rebuild everthing are available everywhere.
So far the car has 3100 miles on it with only a few minor bugs. Up next, light green metalic on the lower half and bright silver metalic on top."
